   Because your physical body responds best when you nourish  (instead of feeding) it, move it regularly -while Enjoying your practice. 

Living a Higher Awareness LifeStyle requires Mind, Body, Soul to work together in harmony. A Fitness Journey is a Life-Long Journey. In this part of the Program, I present to you the Routine I use in my own Transformation Journey. 

 

   One of the most important ways to stay full of vitality is regular exercise.  Not only does exercise keep the body young, but it also keeps the mind vital and promotes emotional well-being. The important thing is to start off slowly, find physical activities you enjoy, and do them regularly. But The true value of exercise has nothing to do with losing weight or building muscles. Its most important function is to stimulate and cleanse the Body-Mind so that it is free to do its best work. You can enhance the benefits of your daily exercise by linking it to something you enjoy, such as listening to your favorite music on headphones while walking. Yoga—or any form of conscious breathing combined with physical awareness and relaxation—is a great way to enhance your energy and encourage the production of “feel-good” peptides such as endorphins. 

 

   What could you do today or tomorrow that would be very good for your body, very loving to it? 

You love your body. 

You now put the right clothes on your body that enhance it. You touch your body with respect and love, and anything that touches your body is touching your body with love and respect, for you honour your body, you love your body, you love to take good care of it. 

Just send your body love right now, feel the two of you merge. What can you do that is loving to your body right now, as soon as you finish reading this page?
